Rdadmin database creation and other dialog screens

The Rivendell rdadmin utility is used for various configurations, including creating Rivendell user, groups, and configuring Rivendell hosts.

The rdadmin utility is also used to create the Rivendell database withing MySQL. The first time rdadmin is run it will create the database.

• This is the dialog box prompting the user for the MySQL administrative userid and password to create the database.

• This is the dialog box reporting a successful database creation.

• This is the "regular" rdadmin login dialog, prompting for a Rivendell userid and password.
